Product Design & Development

From customer idea to manufacturable product.

We convert ideas, sketches, and requirements into practical engineering designs, then carry them through calculation, validation, and documentation, with manufacturing in mind from the start.

What we do

Concept DesignConvert customer ideas, sketches, and requirements into practical engineering concepts.
Mechanical Product DesignDesign individual components, mechanisms, and mechanical assemblies.
Automotive Product DesignDevelop automotive components, vehicle assemblies, and supporting mechanical systems.
Industrial Equipment DesignDesign and improve machinery, industrial equipment, and heavy engineering components.
Special-Purpose Machine DesignDevelop customised machines, fixtures, and equipment for manufacturing, inspection, and testing.
Product RedesignImprove performance, functionality, manufacturability, or serviceability of existing products.
Reverse EngineeringDevelop CAD models and drawings from existing physical components, using measurement data.
Product Design & Development

Our approach

  • 01
Requirement AnalysisUnderstand functions, specifications, operating conditions, and constraints.
  • 02
Concept DevelopmentExplore alternative concepts, layouts, and mechanisms.
  • 03
3D CAD ModellingCreate part models, assemblies, and engineering layouts.
  • 04
Engineering CalculationsEvaluate loads, motion, strength, and performance.
  • 05
CAE ValidationApply FEA, CFD, or thermal analysis where required.
  • 06
Design for Manufacturing & AssemblyConsider materials, tolerances, fabrication, machining, and assembly.
  • 07
Engineering DocumentationPrepare 2D drawings, BOMs, specifications, and agreed deliverables.
  • 08
Prototype & Testing SupportSupport physical verification, testing, and design improvement.

Frequently asked questions

What inputs do you need to start a design project?

A sketch, a brief, a reference product, or a problem statement. The more we know about function and manufacturing constraints, the faster we reach the right design.

Do you deliver CAD files or just drawings?

Both: native CAD files (CATIA, SolidWorks, NX) and complete 2D drawings with GD&T where applicable.
