This Privacy Policy explains how Infinite Solutions ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal information submitted through goinfinite.in. We do not use cookies or advertising trackers on this website. We use privacy-friendly, cookie-free visit statistics (described below).

We collect only the information you voluntarily provide through our contact form:

• Email address
• Phone number

• Service of interest
• Project description / message

We also measure how the website is used with Vercel Web Analytics: pages visited, the referring website, country, device and browser type, and clicks on our contact, email, phone, and WhatsApp links. It uses no cookies, does not store your IP address, and cannot identify you personally; the data is aggregated and used only to improve this website. There are no advertising trackers or tracking pixels.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and follow up on your project. We do not use it for marketing, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to your initial contact.

Where Your Data Is Stored

Submitted enquiries are stored in two places:

• Email inbox — a notification is sent to our internal team via Gmail (Google LLC).
• Google Sheets — enquiry details are logged in a private spreadsheet accessible only to authorised Infinite Solutions staff, via the Google Sheets API (Google LLC).

Both services are operated by Google LLC and governed by Google's privacy terms. No other third parties receive your data.

Data Retention

We retain enquiry data for up to 2 years from the date of submission, or until you request deletion — whichever comes first. After this period, data is permanently deleted from our records.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data

To exercise any of these rights, email us at technical@goinfinite.in with the subject line "Data Request". We will respond within 7 business days.

Data Security

All data submitted through this website is transmitted over HTTPS. Access to stored enquiry data is restricted to authorised Infinite Solutions personnel only.

Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules thereunder. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
